Poker & Paradise is a private, members-only club that curates exclusive events and experiences. Registration for any Poker & Paradise event includes complimentary membership. This membership provides access to future events, priority invitations, and club communications. Membership remains active through continued participation in Poker & Paradise events. There are no standalone membership fees. By registering for future events, you agree to the terms applicable to each individual event. Poker & Paradise reserves the right to modify membership benefits, event access, and participation terms at its discretion. Guests

Members may not bring guests to club events without prior registration unannounced. Should your guest arrive prior to you without being registered, they will not be admitted. Members are responsible for ensuring their registered guests follow all club rules and policies & can face suspension or termination of membership if their guests violate those rules.

Dress Code

Poker & Paradise is a private club that host exclusive events. We do not allow fitness/athleisure attire, cutoffs, flip-flops, t-shirts, or team jerseys are not permitted in any area of the club exclusive events.

Privacy

Members & their guests must not photograph, approach, disturb or solicit others with whom they are not personally acquainted. Doing so may lead to suspension or termination of membership.

Illegal substances

No member or guest of a member shall use, ingest, possess or distribute illegal drugs while attending club events. Violation of this rule by a member or their guest will result in termination of their membership.

Smoking

All members and their guests are obligated to abide by the club’s smoking policy then in effect and to all applicable no-smoking governmental laws, rules and regulations. No smoking is allowed inside the club venues at any time. The club reserves the right to designate certain outside areas of the club venues and premises as smoking areas and to change the location of such designated areas at any time. All members and their guests are requested to respect the wishes of other members/guests, in regards to smoking and must refrain from smoking when requested to do so.

Constitution

The club is constituted to encourage non-political, social and recreational activities.


Rights and privileges

Members shall be entitled to all the rights and privileges of the club and shall be bound by these rules but shall have no proprietary rights in any of the premises or in respect of property of the club.


Liability of the proprietor

The club, its servants, &/or agents shall not be liable to any member or guest of a member for any loss damage or injury suffered by them or their property how so ever caused. This is not intended to affect any mandatory rights provided under local law that cannot be legally restricted or excluded.



Interpretation of rules

In the event of any dispute arising as to the meaning or interpretation of these rules, the matter shall be referred to club management, whose decision shall be final.



Trademark Rights

All members and their guests shall refrain from using the names, logos, colors, trademarks, service marks, photographs, trade dress, or other identifying features of Poker & Paradise without obtaining the specific prior written approval of the club as to the specific use. You and your guests must hereby expressly recognize that the POKER & PARADISE Club Marks are the valid, unique & exclusive property of the club, its parent, affiliates &/or subsidiaries. Members & their guests may not produce or create, or authorize others to produce or create, POKER & PARADISE Marks for any purpose whatsoever, including, but not limited to, in any communications, marketing, advertising or other promotional materials (including, but not limited to, brochures, flyers, invitations, e-mail messages, etc.) that utilize the POKER & PARADISE Marks without the club’s prior written consent.




Cameras/ recording Devices

No cameras, video, or recording devices may be used while in attending club exclusive events without prior approval. Members are responsible for ensuring their guests also abide by this rule. The club reserves the right to ask you to delete any content &/or take possession of any camera, video or recording device and any photos, videos or other recorded images used or taken while on club premises.
